We are living in a time whereby our children need solid direction. It does not matter whether we live downtown or uptown, our kids are at risk from a dangerous world. The only hope we have is in Christ Jesus.

Families are divorcing in record number and people are turning to the streets, searching for the answers of life. The "BIBLE" (Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth) is our instruction manual. People today fail to turn to Jesus instead of the bottle or the local tavern. Our answer is not in other people who we may think are connected, rather it is in Jesus Christ.

Every first Saturday at 7a.m. at the Golden Corral at Sawmill and 161 more than fifteen men meet from all lifestyles and all vocations and we share our burdens and our joys. We pray for our families and we seek answers on some of the difficult challenges in life, while trying to raise our children to be good productive citizens. You are invited to join us and if you are a female, we have a women's group that is also a blessing. They have been discussing the "Prayer of Jabez."

Mountaintop is a great church with great people. We are a part of the Baptist General Convention and the Mideast Baptist Conference. We are made up of Christians that have been dipped in caramel, vanilla and chocolate. What is important is that we have been dipped in the blood of Jesus. Praise God!
